FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: prosthesis has two silicon layers enclosed into envelope between three layers of film joined along their contours by means of welding. Method involves putting mass of the first and the second layer into press mold in turn between two film layers, each of them distributing by means of corresponding punch to produce given form and separately curing each silicon layer between films at 160•±3•C during 1 h 40 min. The first layer is cooled during 20-30 min and then the second one is put. Mass of the first layer is taken in the amount of 2/3 of total prosthesis mass, mass of the second one being 1/3 of total mass. Before being placed in press mold, both layers masses and two layers of film are treated with vacuum. EFFECT: wide range of advantages. 1 dwg
