FIELD: mechanical engineering; belts for wire conveyors providing sterility, thermal and chemical resistance. SUBSTANCE: conveyor belt has links in form of wire spirals with over shape coils. Coils of each spiral are made with alternating right-hand and left-hand helix and are connected by adapter S-shaped and 
-shaped semicoils. Links of belt are hinge-connected in pairs by wire axles passed in turn through each coil of links to be connected. Axles ends are curved to embrace end coils of links bent inwards. EFFECT: enlarged operating capabilities. 2 cl, 2 dwg
