FIELD: mechanical engineering; conveyor transport. SUBSTANCE: proposed conveyor belt has flat alternating left-hand and right hand helix double spirals arranged across longitudinal axis of conveyor belt widthwise the belt in parallel to each other which are hinge connected by cross rods fitted in joints of double spirals of left-hand helix to form links, extreme coils of spirals being secured in cross rods. Belt is provided with spiral space fillers in each link of belt widthwise the belt, made by bending both ends of cross rods and space filler members of spiral to height of side. EFFECT: improved strength characteristics of conveyor belt, enlarged sphere of application and operating capabilities, reduced labor input at manufacture. 6 cl, 10 dwg
