Abstract RU 2098796 C1

FIELD: radiation defectoscopy. SUBSTANCE: object under test is X-rayed by several fan-shaped beams of X-radiation produced by source in the form of X-ray tube and collimator. Tested object is X-rayed for corresponding number of detector matrices signals from which are supplied to device of data electronic computer processing. Radiation source is provided with shooting target with alternating inserts made of absorbing material. Collimator is made as plate with holes. Every hole is positioned opposite to respective insert of target. Detector is manufactured as set of linear detector matrices. EFFECT: higher results of analysis. 1 dwg
