FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to phthisiology, and concerns respiratory rehabilitation of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis after pneumonectomy. Patient underwent a surgical intervention for pulmonary tuberculosis is examined by a multi-disciplinary rehabilitation team (MDRT). Inhalation therapy is carried out through a compression nebuliser using a solution for inhalations – Ambroxol – 3 ml of preparation per 1 inhalation 2 times a day, daily for 15 days; as well as a solution for inhalations – the preparation Berodual containing fenoterol and ipratropium bromide – 2 ml or 40 drops of preparation per 1 inhalation daily 4 times for 30 days. Performing therapeutic exercises for patients with tuberculosis after thoracic operations in the early and late postoperative periods with the inclusion of an aerobic load using a bed stationary bicycle, respiratory gymnastics with subsequent inclusion of exercises with weighting agents with duration of classes 30 minutes day for 30 days, apparatus training is carried out with a Treschold IMT respiratory trainer starting from 15 minutes a day with an increase in the training time to 30 minutes for 30 days; aerobic activity in the form of Scandinavian walking is performed at an average rate for the patient, daily 30 minutes for 30 days.
EFFECT: invention provides a wider field of application of the method and provides its effective use for respiratory rehabilitation of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis after pneumonectomy.
