FIELD: alcoholic beverage industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves preparation of aqueous-alcoholic infusions from 0.1-0.15 kg of cardamom of 1st and 2nd dischargings. Infusions of 1st and 2nd dischargings are simultaneously prepared from mixture containing 4.5-5.5 kg of ginseng root and 0.1-0.15 kg of birch buds. Aqueous-alcoholic infusions from cardamom are blended with 110-120 l of 65.8-% sugar alcohol and aqueous-alcoholic liquid up to 40% vol. Blending is aged, infusions from ginseng root and birch buds are introduced into it and filtered. EFFECT: new mild taste.
