FIELD: railway transport; locks for railway freight cars. SUBSTANCE: locking device has turnable plate with drive axle in center and connected through eyes and symmetrically arranged rods with spring-loaded catches. Device has stop with rounded off end whose opposite end is secured on axle, and two limiters one of which is of twin make. Stop axle is arranged between above indicated, limiters. Limiters and stop are arranged so that, with device in closed position, lower portion of turnable plate can engage with one of parts of twin limiter, and stop can engaged simultaneously with upper part of turnable plate and second part of twin limiter. With device in open position, stop can engage with second limiter. EFFECT: improved reliability of locking. 1 dwg
