FIELD: water treatment. SUBSTANCE: method involves energy of pulses of forward and backward currents transmitted from alternate voltage source operated on low, including industrial, frequency, using proportioning quantity of electricity in these pulses. The latter are formed by imposing alternate constituent of current from power source on constant current constituent. Proportioning quantity of electricity is controlled by varying constant current constituent according to low: $$$ where, in case when capacitive dispenser is utilized, f is frequency of alternate voltage source current variation, Hz; C condenser capacitance, mcF; $$$ amplitude value of source voltage, V; $$$ constant constituent of voltage drop in electrolyzer, V; K = 1,2, ... is voltage transfer ratio of current pulse generator. EFFECT: optimized treatment conditions. 2 cl, 5 dwg
