FIELD: explosives. SUBSTANCE: before mixing the condensed an oxidizer aqueous solution with solid fuel liquid fuel is added additionally to solution. Then the obtained mass is cooled at stirring to temperature by 5-15 C below oxidizer crystallization point onset. Total fuel consumption is 10-16% and consumption of liquid fuel is 2-5% of explosive substance mass. Diesel fuel, mazut, mineral oil and vegetable oil can be used as liquid fuel. Method ensures to obtain physically stable water-containing explosive substance, decrease trotyl consumption by 30% and temperature of mixing oxidizer solution with solid fuel and decrease safety.
