SUBSTANCE: formulation comprises wastes resulting from wood processing industry, peat, wastes resulting from processing petroleum, and manure, said components being taken in following weight ratio, wt. -%: wood processing wastes, 10-75; peat with moisture content 40-50%, 10-75; petroleum processing wastes (such as fuel oil, petroleum oil, solid residue resulting from petroleum distillation and having softening temperature at about 90 C), 5-15; and manure, 10-50.
