SUBSTANCE: feedstock composition comprises peat, wood processing wastes and petroleum processing wastes, said components being taken in following weight ratio, wt.%: peat with moisture content 40-50%, 20-80; petroleum processing wastes, 5-15; wood processing wastes, the balance. As petroleum processing wastes, composition comprises fuel oil, petroleum oil or solid residue resulting from petroleum distillation and having softening point at about 90 C.
