SUBSTANCE: feedstock composition comprises peat, petroleum processing wastes and manure, components taken in following ratio, wt. -%: peat with moisture content 40-50%, 35-85; manure, 10-60; petroleum processing wastes, 5-15. As petroleum processing wastes, composition comprises fuel oil, petroleum oil or solid residue resulting from petroleum distillation and having softening temperature at about 90 C.
