SUBSTANCE: composition comprises wood-processing wastes, manure and petroleum processing wastes, components being taken in following weight ratio, wt.-% wood-processing wastes, 25-65; manure, 30-60; petroleum-processing wastes, 5-15. As petroleum-processing wastes, composition comprises fuel oil, petroleum oil and solid residue resulting from petroleum distillation and having softening temperature at about 90 C.
