SUBSTANCE: feedstock composition comprises peat and petroleum processing wastes, components taken in following ratio, wt.-%: peat with moisture content 40-50%, 85-95; petroleum processing wastes, 5-15. As petroleum processing wastes, composition comprises fuel oil, petroleum oil or solid residue resulting from petroleum distillation and having softening point at about 90 C.
