FIELD: mining industry. SUBSTANCE: essence of the invention consists in that broken barren rock in driving of fringe drift and connections is stored in through-cuts and transferred to worked out space during stoping in exposure of one side of through-cut with stored barren rock. In so doing, for complete storing of broken barren rock, the cross-section of through-cut is varied. To provide for passage of return ventilation current, in driving mine workings, tube is provided in stored rock, and for delivery of coal from the face to next winze and district cross-cut and further on to fringe haulage drift, a short conveyor through-cut is driven with through-cut with stored rock in front of face. As a result, rocks are left in mine even in developed field and their transfer to worked out space does not need large labor input and is quite safe. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 4 dwg
