SUBSTANCE: chewing form of drug with taste masking showing property of the controlled release of medicinal agent has microcapsules (size is 100-800 mc by diameter) and consists of pharmaceutical core with crystalline ibuprofen and polymeric coating that involves elastic plasticizer resisting to chewing. Polymeric coating is methacrylic-base copolymer that is anionic copolymer of methacrylic acid and acrylic acid ester (average molecular mass is 250000 Da). Chewing form is tablet or capsule. Polymeric coating has plasticizing agent that is taken from the group including: glyceryl triacetate, triethyl citrate, acetyltriethyl citrate, dibutyl sebacate, acetyltributyl citrate, diethylphthalate, dibutylphthalate, glycerol, propylene glycol and polyethylene glycol.
