FIELD: metallurgy; process of casting of casting blocks from sprayed metal. SUBSTANCE: the offered method includes spraying of metal into mold with simultaneous draft of mixture, subsequent calibration of casting block surface and its continuous pulling. To increase strength of produced block, supplied simultaneously with melt spraying into mold center is wire from metal homogeneous to sprayed metal. To provide for various physical properties of cast block, supplied simultaneously with spraying melt into center of mold is wire from metal which foreign for the sprayed one. To reduce production cycle of casting block and simplify the design of the device for embodiment of the offered method, it is provided with mold having moving inclined and vertical faces, drum for wire supply and sprayer in form of cone with generator line parallel to inclined faces. Generator line carries holes for discharge of liquid metal located uniformly at preset height. To increase operate reliability of the device hollow heat tube is installed inside nozzle.
