FIELD: powder metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for development of high-productivity and material saving process of casting of billets from powder materials. This is provided by additional supply of dust-like carbon into mould and by reduction of deposited layer of particles of molten metal and carbon. For enhanced operational reliability of gear and increased quality of surface of billets pair of vertical faces of mould is capable of reciprocating movement and opposite pair of faces is capable of rotary movement and has expanded section with inclination angle α with respect to vertical in upper part. Sprayer is manufactured in the form of cone on which surface holes for spraying of metal are arranged uniformly and its generatrix is parallel to faces of mould on expanded section. Heat pipe is installed inside sleeve and electromagnet is put on perimeter in upper part of mould. Tube for supply of inert gas which carries flow dissector is positioned inside heat pipe. EFFECT: high productivity and reduced usage of powder materials in process of casting of billets. 4 cl, 2 dwg
