FIELD: metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: method includes pouring of liquid metal into mold from casting vessel, supply of inert gas, compression of formed casting in mold, calibration of casting surface and casting continuous knock-out from mold. One pair of mold faces is made for reciprocation, while the other, has upper inclined part made for rotation. Supplied to mold are mixtures of two metals with different solidification temperatures through each of two submersible ladle nozzles whose axis of outlet is inclined to horizon at an angle of 4-7 deg, and section running through them is parallel to upper inclined part of the second pair of faces. In addition, method provides for alternate supply of mixture of melts of two metals with their different amount in mixture from upper and lower casting vessels. Contents mixture of melt with lower temperature of solidification Ul and melt with higher temperature of solidification U2 relate as U1= (0.01-0.25)U2. The device for method embodiment has upper and lower casting vessels installed one over the other. Stoppers of lower casting vessel have holes. Axes of outlets of ladle nozzles form an angle of inclination to horizontal plane equalling 4-7 dwg, and longitudinal section running through them are parallel to adjacent surfaces of upper inclined parts of faces.
