FIELD: metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: device consists of casting vessel and mold with a pair of vertical faces capable of reciprocation and opposite pair of faces with expanded upper part and capable of rotary motion. Additionally, casting vessel is heated and has two chambers. Vessel bottom has uniformly spaced holes for melt spraying. The first and second chambers of casting vessel have holes of different diameters for spraying metal steams. In addition, lower part of casting vessel has turning grid with holes, while the second chamber is cylindrical and accommodates piston and motion drive. EFFECT: higher output of device; provision of production of solid blanks of arbitrary shape with location of more low-melting ductile metal of preset thickness over perimeter or in center of blank; higher operating reliability of the device. 2 cl, 2 dwg
