FIELD: mechanical engineering; diffusion brazing of molybdenum and steel articles. SUBSTANCE: copper layer is applied to surface to be brazed and then surfaces are coated with solder. Brazing is carried out under vacuum of 1•10-2mm Hg. According to first version, solder with content of manganese up to 70% by weight, and the rest-nickel, is used. Article is heated at the rate of 10-15 C/min to temperature of 600+-10 C with holding for 25-30 min. Heating rate is increased to 70-100 C/min. At temperature of 970-1000 C holding is carried out for 10-15 min. Then brazing at temperature of 1170+-10 C for 3-5 min is carried out. According to second version, nickel layer of thickness equal to 15-20 μm is applied to surface of steel plate to be brazed. Solder with content of manganese up to 20% by weight and copper, the rest, is used. Article is heated in furnace to 600+-10 C at the rate of 10-15 C/min with holding for 20-30 min. Then article is heated at the rate of 50-70 C/min to 820-830 C with holding for 10-15 min. Brazing is carried out at temperature of 1020+-10 C for 2-3 min. EFFECT: increased tightness of joint and improved serviceability of article in aggressive media. 2 cl
