FIELD: mechanical engineering; soldering copper alloys and steels. SUBSTANCE: layer of metal forming solder is applied to surface to be soldered. Layer of copper and then layer of silver are applied to bronze surface. Layer of nickel, and than layers of copper and manganese are applied to steel surface. Then joint is sealed and placed in furnace filled with inert gas where joint is heated and held to form soldered joint. EFFECT: enhanced reliability of soldered joint.
