FIELD: power mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technology of joining metal plates with ceramics to form layered products operable under high-temperature, great mechanical loading, vibration, and hostile environment conditions. Metal plate is covered with protective layer of nickel coating up to 5 mcm thick. Further, nickel coating 10-12 mcm thick and then layer of copper coating-solder 5 mcm thick are applied onto gauze surface. After plate and gauze are stacked up along their solderable surfaces, they are soldered at 1100 ± 10 C for 5-10 min, whereupon free surface of gauze is coated with ceramic layer containing metal constituent by way of immersing gauze surface into suspension containing 50-60 wt % water and 40-50 wt % disperse phase. The latter contains nickel powder and ceramic constituent in the ratio (1.0-1.5):1. As ceramic constituent, silicides, borides, and oxides can be used. Products, when dried, are fired at 850-980 C for 50-60 min. EFFECT: improved adhesion between metal plate and ceramics and decreased brittleness of ceramic layer.
