SUBSTANCE: apparatus has device with venturi-type scrubber with nozzle, solution recirculation system and smoke pipe system and is further provided with at least one smoke washing cylinder provided with nozzles arranged at smoke inlet and smoke outlet ends. First cylinder has solution heating system and venturi-type scrubber is provided with cooling circuit. EFFECT: increased efficiency, wider operational capabilities and enhanced reliability in operation. 2 dwg
