FIELD: examination of composition of food products. SUBSTANCE: process provides for preparation of sample of product, its loading into filtering separating funnel, injection of extraction agent into it, stirring of obtained extraction mixture by suction of liquid phase of it by vacuum and its return through lower part of filtering funnel with rate which value exceeds magnitude of hydraulic grain size of particles of solid phase of extraction mixture, separation of micelle, driving of extraction agent out of it, clearing of lipids from nonlipid substances of extract and its suspension. EFFECT: increased functional reliability of process.
