FIELD: fat and oil industry.
SUBSTANCE: method for combined destruction of cells and extraction of oil-containing seeds, involving the following steps: production of pulp from oilseeds and ethanol as a solvent, wherein oil content in oil seeds is more or equal to 30 wt %, destruction of oil seed cells in ethanol, where cell destruction is performed mechanically to average particle size of less than or equal to 50 mcm, combining destruction of cells with subsequent extraction with ethanol, wherein smaller part of oil in cells of oil seed and alcohol-soluble components contained in it, are dissolved in ethanol in accordance with their solubility, and other major part of oil is displaced by ethanol from oil seed cells, thus forming a free oil phase, separation of free oil phase and oil, dissolved in ethanol, and separation of ethanol-soluble components, wherein the oil phase contains a portion of phosphatides less than or equal to 0.1 %, preferably less than or equal to 0.025 %, and a portion of free fatty acids of less than or equal to 0.5 %, preferably less than or equal to 0.3 %, separating the remaining extraction residue after extraction and removing ethanol residues from the extraction residue in mild conditions in a vacuum, where mild conditions are temperature less than or equal to 90 °C, preferably 50 to 90 °C, and pressure below atmospheric, preferably from 50 to 500 mbar abs, wherein cell destruction and extraction is carried out at a certain weight ratio of oilseed to ethanol ranging from 1:3 to 1:8, preferably 1:5, where free oil is present in form of separate liquid phase and is economically obtained without distillation.
EFFECT: invention enables to create a method which is a combination of effective cell destruction (cell crushing, grinding, homogenisation) and ethanol extraction, and also enables to treat almost completely clean seeds with high content of oil, wherein treatment is carried out in mild conditions and provides high yield of oil and separation of other valuable components.
