FIELD: textile industry. SUBSTANCE: composition designed for joining ends of spinning band of composite materials based on polyamide-polyester fabrics. Composition contains alcohol-soluble polyamide - condensation product of ε-caprolactam and AG salt (9-12 wt %), chloral hydrate (32-35 wt %), and ethanol, the balance. Composition is distinguished by elevated strength of joined band ends thereby providing increasing service time of band on textile machines to 1.5 tears. Composition is also recommended for use in mechanical engineering and in domestic conditions to join fabrics and ribbons. EFFECT: improved consumer quality. 1 tbl
