SUBSTANCE: gear measuring parameters of prestressed reinforcing members of FERROCONCRETE structures has vibration transducer 1, amplifier 2, rectifier 3, comparator 4, counter 5, generator 6, AND gate 7, reversible counter 8, control and data processing unit 9, decoder 10 and indicator 11. Control and data processing unit 9 incorporates processor 12 with keyboard 13, permanent storage 14 of programs, on-line storage 15 and arithmetic logic unit 16. Gear operates on principle of count of pulses of stable frequency filling one or several periods of vibrations of reinforcing member.
