FIELD: electronic engineering. SUBSTANCE: set of distributed amplifiers has input line, output line, group of amplifiers each having its output connected to output line, groups of loading, matching, and connecting devices; each amplifier has its input connected to input line one of whose ends is connected to common bus via respective series-connected matching and loading devices; one of output line ends is connected to common bus through respective series-connected matching and loading devices; input end of input line is connected via one of matching devices to one of connecting devices whose input is used as input of signal being amplified by set of distributed amplifiers; output end of output line is connected through series-connected respective matching and connecting devices to load; loading devices are different and so are matching devices; set has group of inverters which are also different and at least one of inverters is inserted through respective matching devices in output line between at least two adjacent amplifiers.
