FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: after irradiation of cell, information of optical permeability of separate points of material is displayed, and cells are differentiated into parts separated by lines coupling the points having bear values. Measured is determined for every section, and characteristic space is plotted proceeding from vector variation in every fragment of set of cell topological and morphological parameters. Disease is diagnosed by comparing the above-indicated space with spaces of standard sore and sound cells. EFFECT: considerable reduction of labour intensity of analysis. 3 cl, 3 dwg
