METHOD FOR DIAGNOSING TUBERCULOSIS AND DIFFERENTIAL DIAGNOSIS OF TUBERCULOSIS AND LATENT TUBERCULOSIS INFECTION Russian patent published in 2016 - IPC G01N33/49

Abstract RU 2576833 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and a method for diagnosing tuberculosis comprising isolating peripheral blood mononuclear cells, cultured them in a culture medium, obtaining a sample of culture supernatant of mononuclear cells in peripheral blood and carried immunosorbent assay (ELISA), wherein prior to ELISA in negative control well bring nutrient medium for culturing cells in wells positive control bring serum of patients with tuberculosis, obviously containing anti-Mtb IgG and anti-Mtb IgA diluted 1:100 in ELISA is used as a sorbent solution antigens Mtb and determining optical density of sample culture supernatant of mononuclear cells from peripheral blood of subjects ODarr, negative control sample K- and a positive control sample K+, and then determine critical value of ratio of optical density ODcr = K-0.1 and when OD valuesarr > OPcr and K+ > OPcr establish diagnosis of active tuberculosis, with OD valuesarr < OPcr and K+ > OPcr establish absence of TB infection or latent TB infection, and for values of K+ < OPcr and any values OParr results are unreliable.

EFFECT: invention improves efficiency of diagnosing TB, while expanding scope of method and for differential diagnosis of tuberculosis and latent infection.
