SUBSTANCE: present invention describes 3-(thiazolidinylbutyl-4-piperazinyl)-1H-indazoles of formula I: wherein R₁ and R₂ is each independently hydrogen or lower alkyl, or R₁ and R₂, taken together with carbon atom to which they are attached, form cyclopentane or cyclohexane ring; R₃ and R₄ are independently hydrogen or lower alkyl, or R₃ and R₄, taken together with carbon atom to which they are attached, form cyclopentane or cyclohexane ring: R₅ is hydrogen or lower alkyl; X is halogen, m is integer of 0 or 1, or pharmaceutically acceptable acid addition salts thereof, and when applicable, optical geometric and stereoisomers and racemic mixtures thereof.
