FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has casing with two outer connecting means for making connection to blood vessels, connection member placed on the casing allowing their introducing and removing and provided with the first and the second openings communicating to a means for processing blood or liquid source through canals, and protection member movably mounted on the connection member. The casing has internal sealing surfaces positioned in zones around the entrances to outer linking members inside of the casing. The connection member has external sealing surfaces positioned in zones around the first and the second openings. The protection member has protection surfaces covering the openings with their external sealing surfaces of the connection member to protect them in idle position outside of the casing. It is mounted to enable movement away from the external sealing surfaces to bring them in engagement with the internal sealing surfaces of the casing when setting the connection member in operation position inside the casing to enable connection between the first and the second openings and the outer linking members to be hermetically tight.
