SUBSTANCE: analog of hirudine that possesses anticoagulation activity exceeding that of HVI is obtained by transformation of E. coli strain with recombinant vector of secretion which contains DNA fragment coding target polypeptide, and also the sequence of starting point of replication obtained from pUC plasmid. Cultivation of mentioned strain is conducted and analog of hirudine is extracted from cells or culture medium. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 11 dwg, 9 tbl
