FIELD: medicine; medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: method involves piercing tissues and introducing instrument into the cavity so that instrument passage through the tissue and its entering the cavity under operation are concurrently under control at the time the first puncture is done and also at the following steps when needed. The device is trocar having telescope with piercing end piece made from transparent material like polymethyl methacrylate. When needed, the end piece is manufactured as detachable.
