METHOD AND INSTRUMENT FOR PERFORMING SURGICAL LAPAROSCOPIC OPERATION Russian patent published in 2007 - IPC A61B17/94 A61B17/04

Abstract RU 2300340 C1

FIELD: medicine; medical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: method involves introducing video gastroscope into ill internal organ cavity. Pathological focus is visualized with video gastroscope. Flexible tube with puncher at its distal end is introduced into hollow canal of video gastroscope. The puncher is connected to capturing means having strong flexible link and flexible control rod with wire device of this tube. The puncher is put forward with capturing means towards the pathological focus. The pathological focus is pierced with the puncher towards the next wall of hollow organ enveloping the pathological focus with the capturing means. Hollow organ wall is pierced with the puncher being introduced into laparoscopic access area. The puncher is grasped with laparoscopic clamp forming projecting hollow organ fold having pathological focus. Segmental resection of fold having pathological focus is carried out. Surgical tool has tube with the puncher on distal end. Flexible link and draft are located in tube cavity. Flexible link is rigidly connected on one end with the capturing means. Control rod is connected to driven device. The driven device is located on proximal tube end. The tube and control rod are manufactured from flexible material. The puncher is located inside of tube. The puncher is removable from the tube by means of control rod and manufactured as needle. The needle is rigidly connected to flexible link with on one end and coupled with the control rod.

EFFECT: visualized pathological focus center, being internal organ cavity; improved blood and lymph circulation in liver.
