FIELD: medicine; surgery. SUBSTANCE: fixing device is introduced into man's organism cavity through puncture. One end of device is secured on internal organ. Thread attached to other end of device is brought out of cavity. Thread is fixed on skin surface of patient's body with thrust. Device for method embodiment is made in the form of flexible metal thread or fish line one end of which is permanently connected to one operating element manufactured in the form of fenestrated clamp. Its other end is provided with detachable and moving lock with stop. As a result, thread tension and consequently position of organ being fixed may be changed.
