FIELD: medicine, endoscopic surgery. SUBSTANCE: number of fixing devices are introduced through any suitable puncture and disposed directly in cavity to be operated. Fixing devices have working elements made in form of autonomously operating clamps, or grips, or needle-shaped hooks interconnected by flexible or rigid coupling means. Devices thus-introduced are used to fix cavitary organs in mutual relationship with respect to each other, whereupon same puncture is used for introducing other surgical instruments.
