FIELD: metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: process includes preparation of burden, temperature and deformation action providing for consolidation of material and final hot deformation. Process envisages cutting of metal to pieces prior to final hot deformation and their compacting in hot vacuum under residual pressure not higher than 2•10-4 mm Hg at temperature 850-1200 C and pressure 5-100 MPa for 1-60 min. EFFECT: reduced number of technological operations, labor input and amount of waste with keeping low content of impurities in material. 1 tbl
