FIELD: demolition of buildings and structures that are subject to destruction. SUBSTANCE: strength condition of structure members, mass and lay-out of explosive charge in the form of fuel gas mixture are preliminarily determined. The necessary pressure in detonation wave is determined and the initial pressure of gas mixture corresponding to it is set according to the strength condition of structure members. Fuel gas and gas-oxidizer in stoichiometric ratio are mixed in situ in explosive ratio. Charge chamber 1 uses gas mixture detonation initiator 4 and valves for feeding the gas mixture components. Diaphragm 5 is hermetically joined to the charge chamber on its open side, and has a breaking strength lower than that of the charge chamber. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 6 cl, 5 dwg , 1 tbl
