FIELD: decontamination of solid surfaces. SUBSTANCE: device designed for decontaminating concrete, cement, brick, rock material, metal, metal alloy, and polymeric surfaces of any geometry has breaking-stress producing unit which is, essentially, hermetically sealed thin-walled tank made of flexible material. Tank has combustible-gas admission valve, oxidizing-gas valve, and initiating member. Facility for holding rear side of tank in position on surface being decontaminated is made in the form of hold-down shield with fastenings arranged over its periphery. EFFECT: enlarged functional capabilities, improved labor productivity, reduced cost. 3 cl, 6 dwg
