FIELD: foundry, in particular, investment pattern casting for manufacture of ingots from chemically active and fireproof metals and alloys. SUBSTANCE: suspension contains, wt.-%: binder, 15-65%; aqueous solution of alkylpolyoxybenzaldehyde resin, 15-40; powdered metal aluminum, 7-35; fireproof filler selected in the group of aluminum oxides; yttrium, the balance. Usage of such suspension allows high-quality shell molds possessing increased strength both in the initial state and at metal pouring temperature of 1,700 C to be obtained. Such shell molds have low interaction zone at metal-mold interface and low shrinkage rate. Suspension allows gas turbine blades to be produced by directed crystallization method, i.e., by wax patterns having different composition. EFFECT: increased efficiency, wider usage and improved quality of products manufactured from suspension. 3 tbl
