SUBSTANCE: brandy of 40% vol. contains the following ingredients, dal/1000 dal of prepared product: wine distillate, 500-550; extract of grapevine with extractivity not less 5 g/cu.dm, 30-50; wine distillate aged on grapevine not longer 1 year, 75-125; sugar syrup or starch syrup with sugar content on conversion to invert sugar, 60-70 g/100 cu.cm, 13-15; aqueous-alcoholic liquid, the balance. EFFECT: higher organoleptical properties.
