FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves examining blood sample of 0.05 ml volume by means of spectral analysis under conditions of multiple disturbed total internal reflection in infrared spectrum bandwidth. The following disease identification is carried out by comparing blood spectra of healthy and ill person. The disease case is identified by absorption bands in the range of 1500-3000 cm-1. frequency appeared. Blood cancer is diagnosed on observing absorption band at 1625 cm-1. Mammary gland cancer is diagnosed on observing absorption band at 1735 cm-1. Hepatic cancer is diagnosed on observing absorption band at 1580 cm-1. Lymphogranulomatosis is diagnosed on observing absorption band at 2864 cm-1. EFFECT: enhanced accuracy and sensitivity of diagnosis in children and newborns. 5 cl, 6 dwg
