SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of molecular biology. A method for early diagnosis of oncological diseases based on nanowire biosensor detection using a nanowire chip (NW chip) is described. It includes the analysis and selection of the sequence of DNA oligonucleotide probes (o-DNA probes) complementary to small nucleolar RNA regions associated with the development of cancer, covalent immobilization of these probes on the surface of an NW chip based on a field nanotransistor. The method also includes registration of oncological disease-associated small nucleolar RNA circulating in the blood of patients by changing the level of current passing through the sensor element of the NW chip, during the formation of a complex between o-DNA probes in the blood sample of the diagnosed patient during the incubation of the NW chip. and their complementary regions of small nucleolar RNA.

EFFECT: ensuring the reliability of diagnosis with speed at the level of several minutes.
