FIELD: radio-location. SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to measure amplitude-frequency characteristics of reflection of immobile targets of various configurations in quazi-optical region of reflection of radio waves under laboratory conditions. Mix of device measuring standing wave factor by voltage of panoramic P2-60 is inserted with two antennas with flanges securing their joint with flanges of inputs-outputs of directional couplers with detector sections. In this case transmitting antenna with first directional coupler with detector section and sweep-frequency generator form transmitting part of device and receiving antenna with second directional coupler with detector section and indicator of standing wave factor by voltage and of attenuation form receiving part of device. System of automatic power control of device ensures probing of target with field having constant density of power flux. Dependence of level of signal reflected from target on frequency of field characterizes frequency characteristic of reflecting capability of target.
