FIELD: cleaning of exterior surface of pipelines of corrosion-resistant coatings, applicable in repair and mounting of pipelines. SUBSTANCE: the machine cleaning part uses a rotor installed on a frame, uniformly mounted on it and hinged levers with cutting members and rollers enveloped by flexible coupling. The ends of the latter are connected to a tensioning device. The cutting members in pairs are attached to a plate hinged on a lever in such a way that the front edges of the cutting members make up an angle of 30 to 50 deg. with the direction of the pipeline axis. The cutting angle of the cutting members does not exceed 90 deg. The lever has two arms, one arm is hinged to the rotor, and the other is furnished with a roller. The distance between the axle of lever attachment to the rotor and the point of attachment of the roller on the lever exceeds the distance between the axle of lever attachment to the rotor and the middle of the axle of attachment of the plate with the cutting members at least by 1.5 times. EFFECT: reduced forces acting on the cutting members and flexible coupling, enhanced stability of cutting process at cleaning of corrosion-resistant coating. 4 dwg
