FIELD: processes for removing worn insulation, rust, corrosion traces and so on from outer surface of pipelines. SUBSTANCE: working member of machine includes rotor, levers with cleaning members jointly secured to axles of rotor, rollers embraced by flexible connection means whose ends are joined with tensioning device. Each lever is provided with holder jointly secured to it and having at its one side cleaning member and at its other side - support resting upon outer surface of pipeline and with roller. The last is mounted at side of cleaning member and it is embraced by flexible connection means. Cleaning member in holder is turned relative to rotor rotation axis by angle 35-50 deg. EFFECT: stable position of cutting edge of cleaning members relative to pipeline surface providing constant contact with cleaned surface along the whole length of cutting edge. 3 dwg
