SUBSTANCE: rew machine contains reeling elements for winding the roll material and formation of spools, at least, the first glue-supplying device for applying the first adhesive to the section of the roll material close to a line of branch along which the roll material is separated upon termination of winding the spool. The first glue-supplying device contains the mechanical element having unit of rods which touches the roll material in the end of winding of each spool to transfer the first adhesive to the roll material.
EFFECT: possibility of accurate bonding of spools or rolls free edge at their manufacture.
