FIELD: winding machinery. SUBSTANCE: proposed rewinding-and-cutting machine tool contains fitting-in device designed for one-by-one introduction of winding spindles into winding zone, winding devices found in winding zone which provide winding of preset amount of roll material onto said spindles, knockout device designed for pushing spindles out rolls of material formed on spindles and recirculation duct designed for returning spindles pushed out of rolls back into fitting-in device. Spindles consists of two parts which can be connected and is connected from each other and knockout device pushes each of two parts of spindle from corresponding end of wound roll. Means are provided for connection of two parts of spindle to each other to provide re-fitting of spindles and introducing them into winding zone. EFFECT: reduced overall dimensions of winders, prevention of deformation of inner turns of material. 10 cl, 5 dwg
